Due to the high season in Copenhagen, we strongly recommend booking accommodation when you register for the conference. A block booking has been made at the venue NSM 2026 attendees. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is advised.

Rate: The price for a single room per night is set at DKK 1,265, with breakfast and VAT included in this rate. Additionally, there is a supplementary charge for a double room, which is an extra DKK 200 per night.

Accommodation can be booked as part of the registration to the meeting.

To secure your booking, full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation. All prices are listed per room per night in DKK and include breakfast, VAT, and service charges.

For cancellations or changes made before February 14, 2026, a full refund will be issued, minus an administration fee of DKK 250 per room and any applicable transaction fees.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

• All cancellations must be sent via email to reg@meetingplanners.dk.

The conference organizers and the congress agency cannot be held responsible for refunds on hotel bookings or the conference dinner in case of event cancellation.
